The 2020 ACH Healthcare Communication Research Forum is going virtual!

Late Breaking Abstract Submissions for COVID-19 - Deadline to submit is Thursday, May 21st.

COVID-19 Submissions – Oral Abstracts, Posters, Narrative Abstracts

By the time the virtual ACH Research Forum starts, many -- if not all -- conference attendees will have been living and learning under nearly constant tension due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Given recent developments with COVID-19, the ACH Research Forum 2020 invites late-breaking oral, poster, and narrative abstract submissions.

Areas of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Infectious disease communication
  • Strategies for discussing infectious disease
  • Health Equity, Social Justice and Health Disparities
  • How clinicians and health systems have maintained relationship-centered care
  • Use of health technology to facilitate patient-provider communication
  • Implementation of telehealth visits or drive-through testing
  • Healing performances (narratives, poems, songs, standup routines or other performances that educate and/or help relieve some tension)
  • Other

Poster Submissions – All Categories

We also welcome general submissions for poster presentations. Categories are:
