Call for Abstracts, Workshops, Symposia, Research in Progress, and Creative Arts

The abstract submission deadline has passed
Submissions are no longer being accepted for ICCH 2021

The 19th International Conference on Communication in Healthcare 2021 will feature research, teaching, and policy/practice innovations in communication in healthcare. We would like to invite you to submit scientific abstracts and proposals for workshops, symposia, and creative arts. ICCH aims to create a learning community that fosters scholarship and interprofessional collaboration to advance knowledge and innovation in communication in healthcare and relationship-centered care. We welcome submissions including all health disciplines and health professions (nurses, physicians, pharmacists, social workers, therapists, counselors, community health workers, patients, social scientists, etc.).

NOTE: Given the evolving circumstances of the pandemic and potential travel restrictions the ICCH 2021 planning committee has decided to shift our planned in-person international conference from an in-person event to a fully virtual conference.

Presentations will be organized around the topic areas. When you start your submission, you will be asked to identify a key term from the list below corresponding to a primary topic area and secondary topic area (if relevant) to facilitate organization of presentations.
